18 ounces Fresh ground turkey
4 ounces Canned mild green chili, diced
8 ounces Canned great white northern beans (drained)
8 ounces Canned kidney beans (drained)
8 ounces Canned pinto beans (drained)
1 ounce Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 ounce Grape seed oil
3 ounces ketchup
16 ounces low sodium chicken broth
4 ounces medium onion (finely chopped)
4 ounces carrot (chopped)
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Warm oil in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until transparent.
Add ground turkey and cook 15-20 minutes at medium/high temperature.
Slowly stir in chicken broth, beans, cayenne pepper, oregano, cumin, and chopped green chili.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve in bowl.
